What is the cost of shipping?

Ground shipping is free on EVERY order within the United States! Express shipping is free on every order over $500. Contact customer care for international shipping costs.

How fast will my custom order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped as soon as our synthesis and testing is complete. Depending on the complexity of the order, it may take up to 8 weeks to ship an order.

What other supplies do I need to purchase?

We provide everything you need to get started for no additional charge. Sterile syringes are included with every order.

What if I would like to order something that you do not stock?

We are constantly adding new research chemicals to our inventory and can custom order various molecules so please inquire if you would like something that you would like to see offered. Please contact orders@bpcareresearch.com.

How do you test your purity?

We test our molecules in-house and also externally. We supply Certificates of Analysis (COA) on every shipment.

What Payment Methods do you accept?

We accept checks, cashier’s checks, money orders, and all major credit cards. If you would like to mail us your check or money order, select this payment method in the checkout section.

When you finish placing your order, we will email you simple directions which includes our address and how to write your check so we can process your payment.

Do you accept returns?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you received the wrong product or there was damaged during shipping, we will send a replacement immediately. We cannot accept returns because of the nature of the nature of our products so please double-check before placing your order and alert our team at order@bpcareresearch.com if you’d like to change your order before it has been shipped.
